We are pleased that you are interested in our company. Meanwhile, we can look back on 20 successful years. This success is due above all to our motivated employees and their work on exciting customer projects, varied tasks and international challenges.

Only through the commitment of our employees we can be successful as a company. We are convinced: a requirement for that is a corporate culture in which everyone feels comfortable, for example through lunch breaks, pair programming, team teaching or colorful events in summer and winter.

The majority of colleagues have already been with ingenit for more than 6 years and in some cases much longer. More than 80% have an university degree and with an average age of 37.6 years we can still speak of a young team. More than half of the team is married and with 9 children the next generation is already growing.

We are a family-friendly employer that provides every employee with a personal work-life balance: be it flexible working hours for a morning outfit, the possibility to work from home for more time with the family or the option of parental leave and flexible re-entry according to individual wishes. We also support and promote individual wishes for training and courses.

In addition, we also give young people an opportunity and educate specialists in system integration. The last apprentice has been successfully given a permanent position at ingenit.
